El Noviciado Park is aimed to be a hydrological, environmental and anthropologic project. A series of activities for the guests are incorporated making a special emphasis in recreation, education and sports being all of these interactive. This is achieved by a walking experience woven by tracks that cross the park. In these, the guest is able to learn about the anthropologic factor of the park which relates to the Muisca indigenous tribe that once inhabited this geographical area. The Majui hill which can be appreciated from most park lookouts represents an indigenous cultural element of relevance.
Concerning the environment, the guest may interact with the hydrologic recuperation that the park aims for and which converges in a water reservoir that rescues floating macrophytes in its border.
The park proposal includes a series of bio-healthy stations that interfere in strategic locations within the park, allowing sport related activities and landscape appreciation.
El Noviciado park is in essence a nodal proposal for the future developments of the municipality with ecological responsibility and place correspondence.
